You’ll find Plate at No. 6 down a cobbled lane in the heart of Windsor, nestled amongst the pubs and boutiques of the old town. We are a tapas restaurant, drawing upon the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Basin; our plates reflect the diversity of cuisines found in Spain, Turkey, France, Morocco, Italy, Greece and Lebanon. All our dishes are created by our head chef Olindo who draws on these inspirations his signature dishes including a seafood gnocchi.The open kitchen and lime wash walls define the chic, intimate dining space of Plate at No.6. The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. We also have vegetarian and vegan options as well as delicious puddings including tiramisu, poached pears and profiteroles.We have been the site of a Public house for centuries and still offer a selection of draught beers however we have an extensive wine list focusing mostly on classic wines from Europe.The Restaurant is divided into several areas: luxurious deep leather banquette seating, bar counters perfect for lunches and more casual dining and cosy fireside dining in our upstairs room. We also have two outside areas, a perfect spot for a drink or bite whilst watching the world go by.

The service we received was great. The waiter was polite, attentive and very helpful. Couldn't believe it we was offered complementary bread no restaurants offer this. Which was nice to see. The food was what we expected. Only thing is it could of been hotter in heat. But nice food and very tasty. Would definitely go back. My son definitely enjoyed his birthday surprise.

So impressed with the food at The Cornelian. This place, and Corneli's are my fave restaurants in Staines. Quality food & service at such a reasonable price. The cocktails are the best in the area as well. Highly recommend the Salted Caramel & Hazlenut espresso martini that waitress Sophie made for us.
