Installé au cœur de Palm Springs depuis 1973, l'établissement Le Vallauris situé au pied des monts San Jacinto est le restaurant le mieux classé dans la vallée de Palm Springs depuis sa création. Propriétaire et directeur, le célèbre restaurateur Paul Bruggemans était également propriétaire du fameux restaurant Le St Germain à Hollywood. Le site d’intérêt historique a été construit en 1927 et géré par les propriétaires du célèbre Desert Inn, l'hôtel dans la vallée. De nombreuses fêtes ont été organisées dans la maison pour des célébrités comme Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong et d'autres.
