Bamboo-Mat is a Peruvian-Japanese fusion restaurant based in Leyton serving fresh sushi, nikkei sharing plates and cocktails. Run by chef Victor Rosca formerly of Sushisamba,Roka and Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsey and his business partner Denis Gobjila ex of Chotto Matte. Bamboo Mat brings together their combined years of experience with a fresh perspective on Nikkei cuisine.
