Chef Jiho’s “omakase” choice of sushi, each piece is carefully crafted. He is passionate about what he creates. Inspiring food and great ingredients, freshly prepared and presented with flair. The Spanner Crab Chawanmushi was a stand out, as was the range of yakitori and the yuzu coconut icecream for dessert.
