Le Shackfuyu est situé au coeur du quartier de Soho. Il est dirigé par la même équipe des réputés Bone Daddies et Flesh & Buns. Inspiré par la cuisine japonaise yoshoku, un style populaire au Japon d'influence western. Le Shackfuyu sert un menu variant régulièrement et fait pour partager entre convives. Le menu du dîner se compose entre autres d'une variété de petits pains (buns) fourrés « gao bao » et d'à côtés divers.

Inspiré par les izakayas japonais, traduit grossièrement comme un pub ou lieu conçu pour manger et boire de façon informelle, Flesh & Buns est le premier restaurant à Londres à se spécialiser dans les petits pains gao bao (petits pains cuits à la vapeur que l'on farci soi-même). En dessous du niveau de la rue, le restaurant propose un intérieur dépouillé et encourage les repas interactifs, avec un menu conçu pour le partage, une longue table commune et des cabines. Le menu de Flesh & Buns est divisé en cinq sections: 'cru et collations ',' petits plats', 'riz etc', 'chair et petits pains', et 'desserts'.
