The recipes all with a long linage, we wanted to build something that is as inviting as eating at an italian family home, that the customer can relax in. Dining in the Angelette Alfresco can be easy going ordering 18-inch pizzas or if you are a more structured meal perhaps ordering a few entrées, something from our selection of salumi, or one of our great fresh pastas. The Tregambe family have been making wine for generations in Italy and it is their age-old wine making techniques that head winemaker John Tregambe employs at Nillumbik Estate. Throughout the year, John readily delights visitors with barrel tastings of new vintages or a tour of the pristine vineyard.
