Don’s Favorite Foods is a prix-fixe restaurant created by husband and wife team Chef Don Salamone and Kate Laurents in partnership with Sommelier Adam Galbraith. We also offer cocktails courtesy of Jeffrey Morgenthaler and Benjamin "Banjo" Amberg.Our Italian and French-influenced menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though his experiences working at Michelin-starred restaurants all over the country.From Don: At Don’s, you may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might also find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, and popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because the Laurents family makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. Walk in's are welcome! Group larger than 8 people can contact us directly for unlimited custom packages. Food and Beverage Minimum spend $45 for a la carte for larger groups. We are open Tuesday thru Saturday 12pm to 9:30pm. We are a small family owned Italian restaurant, which takes pride in serving delectable meals to our guests. Our outdoor patio is covered. Due to limited seating we cannot guarantee your reservation will be assigned indoors, and hold your table for more than 10 min past your reservation time. $20 no show fee per person will be charged.We are a scratch kitchen, all our (vegan) pastas, breads, desserts, sauces, salad dressings are homemade. Bring a date, friend or colleague and enjoy our elegant ambiance and full array of wines. We have a full bar and while you are here, try one of our yummy cocktails.
