The cocktail program is a refreshing medley of signature drinks with an Italian twist. Expertly crafted by mixologist Nishan Nepulangoda, cocktails are enhanced by regional herbs and fresh in-house cordials, and named in tribute to the country’s vast geography and pop culture history.
