Here we share our vision of authentic Italian traditional pizza, which dates back to the Greco-Roman period and starts with fresh, high quality ingredients. Many of them are flown in from Italy, including our tomatoes, flour and burrata cheese. Our dough is handmade daily. In fact, La Crosta in Italian means “the crust” and we believe our fluffy crust is the best in the business. In all, I’ve created a comfortable restaurant for you and your friends to spend time together and create new memories.

Located in the historic Fulton Market district of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, Rose Mary is Chef/Owner Joe Flamm’s debut restaurant inspired by his Italian heritage and the bold, bright flavors of Croatian cuisine. The boisterous space—named for Flamm’s grandmothers, Mary and Mary Rose, and the herb rosemary, which grows natively along the Italian and Croatian coastlines—offers a seasonal menu of rustic yet refined dishes that encapsulate what Flamm has coined “Adriatic drinking food”.
Led by Chef Evan Funke, Tre Dita, Italian for "three fingers", pays homage to the precise measurement of bistecca Fiorentina. If booking in the dining room at Tre Dita, you will enjoy a menu of antipasti, handmade pastas, signature entrees and steaks. If booking in the Bar Tre Dita, you will enjoy a smaller menu of stuzzi, antipasti, handmade pastas and entrees. The full cocktail, wine list and dessert menu is available in both locations.
Riccardo a commencé sa carrière très jeune dans le prestigieux « GIRARROSTO », le restaurant familial à Milan. Puis, en 1982, il a déménagé aux États-Unis et a ouvert le célèbre Sonny Bono's à Los Angeles. En 1987, il a d'abord travaillé avec son cousin Roberto Ruggeri (gérant du Venture Bice) et ouvert avec lui le Bice New York, à Los Angeles, ainsi que de nombreux autres restaurants dans le monde entier.
Aujourd'hui, après trois ans en tant que chef exécutif du Bice à Chicago, il a décidé, avec sa femme (et sous-chef), Veronica, et sa cousine (serveuse), Barbara, d'utiliser son art culinaire et sa créativité dans son restaurant baptisé à son nom : le « Riccardo Trattoria ».
Grâce au savoir-faire d'un connaisseur de la cuisine italienne, les plats sont préparés avec une essentialité quasi zen qui a façonné la vie professionnelle et existentielle de Riccardo.
Riccardo Michi comes from a restaurant Family in Milan established since 1943 called Girarrosto, one of the first Tuscan restaurants in town and still operating.After moving to the US, Riccardo opened Sonny Bono, IL Giardino Ristorante and Madeo Ristorante in Beverly Hills. In 1987 he helped his cousin Roberto Ruggeri open the first Bice restaurant in New York City. Since then, he has worked in the opening of many of the restaurants in the group. In 2002 Riccardo moved to Chicago with his wife Veronica to be the executive chef of Bice on Ontario.Finally Riccardo and Veronica, also a chef, decided to open their own place and in 2006 called Riccardo Trattoria. Considered by many to be the top Italian restaurant in town, receiving the Bib Gourmand from Michelin in 2011, 2012 and 2013.Now, Riccardo and Veronica have opened Riccardo Enoteca, right across the street from Riccardo Trattoria on Clark.
