Some of Uncle Bacala’s house entrées include the breaded salmone in agrodolce served over eggplant in a honey garlic sauce, the beef filetto di manzo with mushrooms, roasted potatoes and spinach in gorgonzola-cognac sauce and the apricot-glazed grilled pork chop.
