La Masseria RI est inspirée des anciennes fermes fortifiées appelées «Masseria» dans la région des Pouilles en Italie. Le chef exécutif et co-propriétaire, Pino Coladonato, a passé son enfance sur une ferme dans les Pouilles. Forcé à manger les aliments qui était localement disponibles, il s'est vite tanné de la purée d'haricots. Il a décidé de prendre les choses en main et de créer de nouvelles façons d'utiliser ces mêmes ingrédients. Maintenant que le choix est grand entre les fèves, les pois chiches, les lentilles et autres légumineuses, elles demeurent néanmoins un ingrédient essentiel dans la majorité de ses recettes. Merci à la décoratrice d'intérieur, Libby Langdon, pour son décor chaleureux, et son atmosphère invitante. D'inspiration rustique et détendue, il arbore un décor à l'ancienne. Des bougeoirs en fer surdimensionnés faits sur mesure à partir d'antiques portes de fer accentuent les murs. Des outils agricoles traditionnels et des photos de l'Italie natale du chef rappelle le côté fermier du Masseria RI. La carte des vins englobe toutes les régions de l'Italie et propose les meilleurs crus américains et du reste du monde.

Quitos Restaurant is a casual family venue located on Bristol harbor. We accept walk-ins as well as reservations. We will send a text to the phone number that was used to make your reservation once your table is ready for you. We only hold tables for reservation/and waitlist parties for 15 mins after the time you have booked or messaged your table is ready. We may not be able to seat you should you arrive late so please arrive on time. We do not require our guests or staff to wear masks if they are fully vaccinated.
