Le chef exécutif Domenic Tudda a passé ses années d'enfance à apprendre la cuisine italienne alors que sa famille possédait et exploitait le restaurant Stromboli's à Calgary. Il s'est perfectionné avec une formation culinaire approfondie en Italie pour être à même de poursuivre la tradition de ses parents et proposer des repas italiens uniques et d'une imparable authenticité à Calgary.
