Le chef exécutif Domenic Tudda a passé ses années d'enfance à apprendre la cuisine italienne alors que sa famille possédait et exploitait le restaurant Stromboli's à Calgary. Il s'est perfectionné avec une formation culinaire approfondie en Italie pour être à même de poursuivre la tradition de ses parents et proposer des repas italiens uniques et d'une imparable authenticité à Calgary. L'un de ses restaurants les plus reconnus est le Ristorante Pulcinella, où Domenic a remporté pour la première fois une distinction lorsque sa formation internationale a repassé les frontières pour revenir à Calgary au printemps 2006.
