L'Electric Diner est situé à côté de l'un des plus anciens cinémas de Londres, en bas de l'Electric House. Le restaurant ouvre à 8h00 pour le déjeuner. Le menu proposé tous les jours est servi à partir de midi jusqu'à tard dans la nuit (le souper est disponible jusqu'à minuit le vendredi et le samedi et jusqu'à 22h00 le dimanche).
Le bar vous accueille jusqu'à 1h du matin du jeudi au samedi. Il comprend 18 bières pression, différentes bouteilles de bière et de vin ainsi que des cocktails classiques élaborés avec des liqueurs fortement alcoolisées. Le restaurant The Diner est un endroit simple où vous dégusterez d'excellents produits accompagnés d'un service amical et rapide. Vos plats sont envoyés directement depuis la cuisine lorsqu’ils sont prêts. Le bar comporte des places au comptoir et des places assises. Une bande sonore diffuse des morceaux spécialement choisis depuis la machine à bobine du Diner.

Fergus spent the majority of his life as a passionate home chef, until his late 20's when stepped into a professional kitchen for the first time. He quickly got hooked on the buzz of a busy service, but also to need to explore and experiment far more then what is practical in a typical restaurant. Toward the end of 2019 he decided do induce his own baptism of fire, by launching a supper club serving a taster menu of experimental dishes in his home town. Alkemio is actually the Esperanto spelling for alchemy, Esperanto was a language that was constructed out of the world's languages and had no real home. Fergus aims to take inspiration from cuisine across the world, combining ingredients, flavour profiles and formats in ways you have not seen before, all the while elevating each dish with technique and presentation to make it unforgettable!
