Les chefs emmènent les convives dans un voyage culinaire autour de l'Inde, offrant un avant-goût du Nord avec les plats de viande tandoori et un aperçu du Sud avec les currys végétariens. Des pains frais sont disponibles grâce au four tandoor en argile alimenté au bois de mesquite, typique de la cuisine indienne.
