Having opened in March 2018 in Charlotte Street and inspired by the fusion of traditional and contemporary elements, Ousia represents evolution in many forms - from the taste of the food and effectiveness of its presentation - to the setting in which the service is provided.Knowing the local area is emphatic about quality food and service, and is starved of genuine Greek-Cypriot restaurants, Ousia opened its second restaurant in Muswell Hill

With her love for all things natural guiding her every step, she sources her ingredients from some of the UK’s and Greece's best producers and follows her family’s traditional recipes to a T to bring you authentic Greek home cooked food “yiayia” (grandmother) style on an everyday basis.The nature of the business is based on Greek authentic cuisine simulating the Mediterranean diet of a typical Greek household avoiding the stereotypical touristic gimmicks. Fani wants to start a family business in the UK and bring all of her experience of Greek hearty food to the British people.
