AMAZING!! I've been many times and every time is an awesome experience but this time was truly exceptional. My family and I have food allergies - and my mom is on a very restrictive diet for health reasons. Our server Devon was incredible, so kind and patient and the executive chef Olivia came out and talked to us twice. They were able to custom make something for my mom and even used the oil she had brought with her! Truly a 5 star experience. The food was fabulous as always but the service was TRULY next level. It's also jus such a fun spot - great energy and vibe. Could not recommend more highly. Especially to anyone gluten free - these guys do SO much GF and they do it well! Very special to find so many deep fried delicacies gluten free as well. I've only had delicious food every time - my special faves though are the deviled eggs, parmesan clams and the fish and chips. Idk what they do to their fries but they are fluffy and crispy and so flavorful. Must go! You won't be sorry.

The crispy shrimp appetizer and steak sandwich were delicious! Especially loved the creamy horseradish sauce that accompanied the sandwich. The Shepards pie was also very good. The ambience is lovely and decor is gorgeous and fun. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. We had a 6:15 reservation on Valentine’s Day so there was a decent amount of people in the restaurant but the space never felt too loud or crowded at all and our food came out shockingly quickly. It didn’t feel like there were any kinks they were working out despite having opened the location so recently. We were very impressed and will definitely return!

Again, we had a fabulous meal!! Took our visitors from out of town for a birthday dinner. Our waitress was Justine!!! What a wonderful, fun and very efficient young lady! We love this restaurant!!! Will be back!!

We were immediately impressed when we walked into NEAT. The restaurant is part of a very nice string of stores with an extremely well-lit and well landscaped parking lot. The decor was really thoughtful and high-end. Each piece of artwork that was on the wall was beautifully framed and perfectly aligned. The colors in rich browns and black felt sophisticated and polished. The menu is forward thinking, with some fun new takes on classic dishes: we had wonderful hamburgers that were cooked perfectly, but they came on a brioche bun and there were about 20 different things that you could add in a make your own including a wonderful horseradish topping. There were a lot of other great things that you could add, such as avocado. The servers were super nice and friendly. The establishment was also extremely clean, as were the bathrooms. The manager is very accessible and came around to ask us how our meal was. Our servers checked on us several times to make sure we were ok, more than the average restaurant, and we appreciated it. The prices are extremely reasonable considering how upscale the meals and menu felt. I would definitely come back again and bring friends.

The service was very good. The restaurant was noisy but not offensively loud. If you were looking for a quiet environment though, this would not be it. The food was very good and portions were quite large. Whether or not it was required to pay for parking in the hotel's parking garage was unclear so I paid $12.00 to park. Restaurant patrons should be able to park free of charge but I paid to ensure my car would not be towed. The hotel should make it more clear as to whether or not restaurant patrons enjoy free parking.
