Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. Reservations for large parties are required, however we are able to accommodate walk-ins should we have availability. Reservations are not needed if you’d like to enjoy a crafted selection of curated cocktails and caviar service by our marble bench bar.

Every time we would go on a trip we would try to find restaurants with this concept. Not having one around pushed me to start trying different recipes and every wedding anniversary I would make my wife a Lentrecote dinner and every year the sauce got better and better. About a year ago we started selling the sauce and the more we sold it, the more it became apparent that people wanted the restaurant. The rest is not a story its happening now. Service impeccable- Menu de haut niveau: exquis et raffiné- Selection de vins remarquable. Decoration très traditionnelle de J Robouchon( Rouge et noir) un peu datée- mais reste tres agreable.

Le “petit plateau” de fruits de mer était excellent et valait le coût. Tout comme la soupe à l’oignon gratinée et le foie gras poêlé. Je les recommande. Du côté négatif: le niveau de bruit est très élevé et la liste des vins est somme toute limitée (pas de chardonnay) et très chère (peu de bouteilles sous les 100$) Malgré tout, nous reviendrons!

Nous avons adoré, un accueil et un service hors pair, on se sent important pour eux, le choix de caviars et le canard fut délectable le meilleur a mon avis jamais mangé! La selection des vins est excellente. Pour l’anniversaire de mon mari ce fut pour nous une 3e visite en 3 ans, toutefois, attendez-vous à recevoir une facture élevée $$$$.$$ pour 3 personnes avec 20% pourboire automatique + un montant ajouté. Une fois suffit par année!
