It is here where guests wisely place their faith in the hand of Executive Chef, Bit “Sunny” Ko where each dish is thoughtfully hand crafted by scratch. Each individual course stands as its own full dish of skilful preparation that includes mind blowing amuse bouche and not so traditional nigiri.
