The team at Bistro V (formerly known as Versailles) has been proud to serve the Greenwich community since 1994 at Méli-Mélo, but the story in town actually began in 1990 at the original Versailles café location a few doors up from our current location on Greenwich Avenue. A facelift, a menu shift, and Versailles was reborn as Bistro V.
