Tandoor expert, Om Ji, has worked for several years in the restaurant business and has an excellent knack or knowing the needs of customers. For over 30 years, business partners and brothers, Sharif Mamu Ji and Kamal harbored a dream to open their own restaurant. This dream has driven them to remarkable lengths, including daily travels from New York to Red Bank. Each day, they journeyed with a single goal in mind: to build Agra Indian Masala from the ground up into a space where community and culture converge over shared meals.Here, every dish tells the story of their hard work and commitment to sharing authentic Indian cuisine with the Red Bank community.
