Le nom de mon restaurant signifie Atelier. J'ai appelé mon restaurant ainsi pour plusieurs raisons.Tout d'abord, l'Atelier est un endroit où l'on fait les choses, où on les transforme de A à Z avec nos mains.Deuxièmement, lorsque nous étions chez ma grand-mère, nous cuisinions avec elle dans une petite pièce appelée l'atelier, une pièce d'une vraie ferme de campagne, sans terre battue, avec des poules qui couraient partout...Mon restaurant est un souvenir d'enfance et un hommage à mon jeune âge et à ma grand-mère.
