The wine list is always a work in progress, with a balance of well known wineries, as well as boutique wineries. Cork Tree enhabits a style rich in California elegance. Large and round booths privately encased in wood and fabric provide intimate spaces for conversation and romance, while providing views of the understated glamour of the dining room. Beautiful Palm Trees and a natural cascading fountain make the Cork Tree Patio wind-protected and well-appointed for dining under the stars. Installé au cœur de Palm Springs depuis 1973, l'établissement Le Vallauris situé au pied des monts San Jacinto est le restaurant le mieux classé dans la vallée de Palm Springs depuis sa création. Propriétaire et directeur, le célèbre restaurateur Paul Bruggemans était également propriétaire du fameux restaurant Le St Germain à Hollywood. Le site d’intérêt historique a été construit en 1927 et géré par les propriétaires du célèbre Desert Inn, l'hôtel dans la vallée. De nombreuses fêtes ont été organisées dans la maison pour des célébrités comme Duke Ellington, Nat King Cole, Louis Armstrong et d'autres. L'établissement était un lieu de prédilection pour le général Patton quand il était basé à Palm Springs pour organiser la bataille des Ardennes pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Plus tard, quand le restaurant a été créé, il est devenu l'endroit préféré des présidents et de l'élite d'Hollywood. La célèbre Terrasse bordée de grands ficus est l'endroit idéal pour souper.
