Pat 'Pops' Newland has been serving authentic British fish and chips in London since 1945, and from this he has recreated a restaurant serving one of Britain's best-loved dishes in a friendly setting, surrounded by authentic 1940s/50s memorabilia lovingly curated by Pops himself. Our menu includes sustainably-caught mouth-watering fresh fish cooked in crunchy batter, served with golden chips and classic mushy peas, prepared on the premises by our onsite fishmonger. It’s such a lovely restaurant. We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was the perfect place. The food choices were all tempting and it was hard to decide what to pick. But all our selections were delicious. And the service we got from Chelsea was charming, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful afternoon.
