Farm Table is a locally owned and operated restaurant that has been a part of the Wake Forest community since 2014. We have watched this community grow. We have grown along with it, and as a result, we have been successful. It has been through this growth that we have become a staple in our community. Our statement of farm to table is our truth. We support as many local growers as we can because it is the local community who support us day in and day out. We truly love being a part of this amazing community.
Le Vivo Ristorante propose une cuisine italienne vivante. Des plats traditionnels italiens sont préparés et servis avec enthousiasme et joie, dans une ambiance adaptée à chacun et chacune. La cuisine ouverte vous permettra d'observer les chefs en train de cuisiner des ingrédients frais et locaux.
Lors de votre visite, attendez-vous, pour quelques heures, à vivre une soirée de détente devant plusieurs piatti (plats). La table s'animera dès que les plats ou bols multiples et variés vous seront présentés, de façon à être accessibles facilement pour toutes et tous.
Vous pourrez déguster un pranzo italien classique (dîner), généralement accompagné de plusieurs antipasti (entrées chaudes et froides), suivies d'un ou deux primi (habituellement des pâtes, risotto, gnocchi ou zuppa chauds). Vous partagerez ensuite à votre table un secondi (plat de résistance), servi sur un plateau avec votre choix de contorni (des plats d'accompagnement à base de légumes). Les Italiens complètent souvent leur repas avec un dolce, un café ou un digestivo (dessert, expresso, liqueur ou grappa).
