If you wish to book for an Afternoon tea, you must make sure that under the time slot you select the word 'experiences' from 2:30pm. If you wish to book for breakfast, brunch is served only on Saturday and Sunday from 9am-10:45am. Dinner reservations for Wisley Glow are available from 24th November until 2nd January.We are located within RHS Garden Wisley and as such a garden entry fee does apply if your not RHS members. We are very proud of our historic location, hence naming the restaurant after the year the world-famous Brooklands racetrack was built and opened. The restaurant interior reflects the area’s heritage with a 1920s and 30s inspired décor and when combined with modern service delivery as well as award winning food, we provide a contemporary dining experience for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner. We have been award two AA rosettes for the past seven years.Our brand new 1907 Glasshouse has a floor to ceiling windows that can be fully retracted so you can simulate the experience of dining outside. The Capability showcases rustic and seasonal dishes using ingredients lovingly grown in the hotel’s edible garden combined with locally sourced produce from the British Isles. Dishes include a traditional Waldorf Salad with an English twist; baby beets with Harbourne blue and horseradish; scallops with cauliflower; and spicy Cumbrian wild boar sausages. The finest old and new wines from around the world, as well as an English selection, have been carefully selected by the head sommelier. Guests can enjoy tastings in the Wine Room or dine at the chef’s table in the hotel greenhouse. In the summer, picnics can be ordered from the butler to enjoy in the parklands.
