Your table will be booked for 2 hours.This is an Afternoon Tea that departs from the traditional, engaging with new ideas to present an entirely different experience.Join us for a true reflection of the traditional tastes of Winter, now available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.Served with loose-leaf teas at £55pp, and with Sparking Wine at £65. Our children's menu (up to age 11) is at £25 with a glass of lemonade. Hartsfield Manor is a stunning Victorian manor house in the heart of the Surrey Hills. As well as being host to countless weddings, parties and private events, our 16 acres of private gardens make us the perfect location to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea.Relax in our hotel lounge with your homemade scones or lap up the sun on our garden terrace with a glass of prosecco. Either way, you are bound to leave full to the brim. Our afternoon teas are available every day between midday and 5pm. Don't miss our festive afternoon teas, replacing our traditional menu throughout December. Dinner service is also available to book, Tuesday to Saturday, from 6:30pm until 9pm.

The Capability showcases rustic and seasonal dishes using ingredients lovingly grown in the hotel’s edible garden combined with locally sourced produce from the British Isles. Dishes include a traditional Waldorf Salad with an English twist; baby beets with Harbourne blue and horseradish; scallops with cauliflower; and spicy Cumbrian wild boar sausages. The finest old and new wines from around the world, as well as an English selection, have been carefully selected by the head sommelier. Guests can enjoy tastings in the Wine Room or dine at the chef’s table in the hotel greenhouse. In the summer, picnics can be ordered from the butler to enjoy in the parklands. In the tradition of the grand Waldorf=Astoria in New York City, The Terrace at The Capability will play host to London Syon Park Afternoon Tea.

Located right by Clapham Common, Red Vine is a neighbourhood restaurant that celebrates Modern British food with a focus on wine. Only using local ingredients, owner Richard Herbert and Head Chef Julio Amado have created a delicious, seasonal British menu with a Mediterranean twist. Slow-cooked ox cheeks; deep-fried mussels served with aioli; and truffle tortelloni tossed in garlic butter all feature on the beautifully curated menu, which is divided into small plates and large plates. This is food that’s supposed to be lingered over. And with an uncomplicated wine list and creative cocktails, there are plenty of reasons to stay a little longer.The charming restaurant welcomes dogs and is beautifully decorated with colourful walls and original church pews. A conservatory in the back with stained glass windows and an enchanting garden will soon open for al fresco dining. In winter, customers will be able to enjoy cosy meals curled up in front of the log burner inside.
