We are positively giddy with excitement to announce that we'll be opening this Autumn in bustling Peter Street! Blacklock is a modern take of the Great British chophouse nestled in the corner of a Grade II listed textiles warehouse. We take the best meat in the country from the award-winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails from the trolley and wine on tap in our subterranean chop mecca. On Sundays we serve a Roast almost as good as Mum's. We have limited spaces for Walk-ins, so we encourage booking in advance to avoid disappointment during busy times. We will be bringing complexity using various culinary influences while retaining our classic seasonal flavour combinations giving our guests an elegant, contemporary dining experience with a strong balance of flavours, textures and temperatures.The Menu at WOOD will be served by the entire Kitchen and Restaurant Team led by Chef Patron Simon. All bookings cancelled on the day will be subject to the full menu charge per person.Bookings cancelled within 48 hours before the date of the reservation will be subject to a £30 charge per person.

Glasshouse also offers lunch and afternoon tea (booked 24 hours in advance), and opens the restaurant for dinner at 17:00.The bar stays open all day for food and drinks and closes at 11pm on weekdays and 1 am on Fridays & Saturdays.
