Inspired by the building's iconic history as first head quarter of the British Police, each dish is a journey through its infamous tales, with rare ingredients and creative twists. The iconic Ink Pot Cake is a toast to all the great writers who passed through the building, like Lewis Carroll, Charles Dickens, and Arthur Conan Doyle, who drew inspiration from its stories for his Sherlock Holmes tales.
