Photo du restaurant Braseiro
4.4
Génial(55)
Prix : raisonnable
• Creative western • Marine Parade
“Let’s Meat Here” declares the door of Braserio, a French steakhouse in Singapore. While, as a rule, we would prefer that people refrained from making nouns into verbs, we’re so tickled by this pun we’ll let it slide. So let’s break this down, what does this “meating” entail? Vegans look away now, because Braseiro is a celebration of all things flame-grilled and carnivorous – steaks, beef skewers, chicken and chef (animal-based) specials. Located on Joo Chiat Road in the East Coast district, this Singaporean restaurant is the place to go for a feast of all-things meat. Their homemade fries and fresh salads are also worth a mention, as are the affordable prices. This is neighbourhood dining at its best, casual and rife with succulent flavour. What’s not to love?

The result of such a partnership is delicious, casual fusion food that Singaporeans can’t get enough of. You’ll find RCS Sports Bistro on Joo Chiat Road in, well, Joo Chiat, just off the main E Coast Road. It’s well worth arriving having made a reservation in advance, though, as the welcoming, chilled atmosphere here means tables don’t stay free for long.
Photo du restaurant Etna Italian Restaurant - East Coast

Prix : raisonnable
• Creative western • Bedok
Mount Etna is older than Italy – it’s older than most things, as volcanoes tend to be – and as such has played a role in the whole history of civilisation on the bel paese peninsula. The old girl has looked down, sputtering lava as it goes, over the Romans and Etruscans, the Papal States and the Kingdom of Sicily and plenty more besides, and, if you’ll excuse us squeezing the metaphor a little, Etna Italian Restaurant in Singapore is trying to bring the whole scope of this culinary canon to their outlet on Upper East Coast Road. Jump the train along to Bedok or Kembangan and make a move out to the East Coast to try them out and test their Italian delicacies for yourself.
