Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. We had the Tutto Bene with the addition of half a dozen oysters. Everything was magnificent. The service was warm and friendly, and because we go there twice a year, the owner and his son have been able to recognise us and we are welcomed. The food is imaginative and very tasty, and the wine selection is great, with something for every taste and budget.
