Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Beautiful restaurant. Food is simply presented but insanely flavourful. Great ambience, friendly and knowledgable team. Restaurant's for me come down to "is it a nice place to sit?" and this is that in spades. <3
