Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles.     Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve been to recently. The food seems to be all about fresh seasonal produce which I LOVE ! Peaches and tomato salad was definitely the favourite for me. They were also so considerate and plated the pasta in 2 plates for me and my friend - it’s these little things ! can’t wait to come back again :)

    Great authentic Italian pizza made with high quality ingredients. Prosciutto pizza was superlative. Very kid friendly and amazing service. Welcoming atmosphere. We travelled 30km to have Miz Tutti pizza. Highly recommended.

    We had the Tutto Bene with the addition of half a dozen oysters. Everything was magnificent. The service was warm and friendly, and because we go there twice a year, the owner and his son have been able to recognise us and we are welcomed. The food is imaginative and very tasty, and the wine selection is great, with something for every taste and budget.
