Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. Toutefois, le Chef cuisinier Jason Saxby utilise rarement des ingrédients importés et est influencé davantage par les saisons et les techniques de cuisson modernes plutôt que par les recettes traditionnelles.     Great authentic Italian pizza made with high quality ingredients. Prosciutto pizza was superlative. Very kid friendly and amazing service. Welcoming atmosphere. We travelled 30km to have Miz Tutti pizza. Highly recommended.

    We had the Tutto Bene with the addition of half a dozen oysters. Everything was magnificent. The service was warm and friendly, and because we go there twice a year, the owner and his son have been able to recognise us and we are welcomed. The food is imaginative and very tasty, and the wine selection is great, with something for every taste and budget.

    We had a great experience here! The service was really good from start to finish, ambience was so nice and moody. The drinks were pretty good too. The food was presented really well and the pizza was definitely a stand out. My only critique was that the lobster in the lobster bisque pasta was quite overcooked - which is not what you'd expect for a pricier dish. However, the pasta itself was delicious. Will definitely be back!
