Restaurant Torre is located on the sixth floor of the new tower at Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue, designed by Rem Koolhaas with Chris van Duijn and Federico Pompignoli from architecture firm OMA.It appears, according to Koolhaas’s definition, as “a collage of pre-existing themes and elements”, combining works of art and design furniture. Une réservation pour un anniversaire dans ce restaurant que je connaissais déjà! Bel endroit, que je conseille, pour un verre ou repas, quoique le cadre un peu vieillissant ! Une bouteille de champagne pour l' apéritif mais servi sans amuse-gueule !👎,...il a fallu demander ! Le repas sous forme de menu correct. Rien d' extraordinaire! Une petite attention au moment du désert 🕯️ 🎂🎉, car je l' avais signalé au moment de la réservation .

Cadre très agréable avec vue plongeante sur la galerie Victor Emmanuel. Le service était professionnel, décontracté et attentionné. S’agissant d’un déjeuner sur le pouce, nous n’avons expérimenté qu’une partie infime de la carte mais nos plats se sont avérés inégaux: un tartare de bœuf en os à moelle absolument délicieux et créatif / un œuf basse température à la truffe et parmesan sans intérêt particulier. En résumé, une bonne expérience globale mais le sentiments d’un rapport qualité prix global un peu défavorable.

Très bel endroit, personnel efficace et agréable. La cuisine de qualité au bon goût et bonnes proportions. La terrasse est à essayer . Seul bémol, une climatisation un peu froide.
