This intimate restaurant is reservation only, and serves contemporary cooking inspired by those cuisines of the old wine countries.-We offer a 4 courses menu du jour + assortment of cheeses at $108 or a 5 courses menu du jour @ $118 p.p that changes frequently) and 1 drink min. spend on Beverages p.p. However, there are several dishes for supplements to add on. If you or your guests might have certain dietary requirements, please kindly inform us at least 24hours prior to your bookings.-We Are fully licenced, no BYO-Cancellation Fee, in the event of no show or cancellations within 72 hours to dining a $108 per person cancellation fee will apply.
We have closed for the year and will reopen 25 February 2025 with our new students. Book from 12 February. The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase for the whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
