Inspired by the colors and textures of works of Brazilian modernist master Cicero Dias, Cicero Bistrot seamlessly blends creative force and culinary excellence with a Mediterranean-inspired cuisine meticulously prepared with purpose-sourced ingredients, like chocolate from a Yanomami tribe of the Amazon that gives the final touch in the ginger risotto with sauteed lobster.Chef Hugo Cortez, from Portugal, ensured that each of his creations dialogues with the owner's private art collection, which wangs throughout the restaurant, and authentic vintage pieces of furniture.
