Rooted in the warm spirit of Northern hospitality, this is a neighbourhood kitchen where you can eat, drink, unwind, and truly feel at home. We believe in the power of good, solid, recognisable dishes and fresh, seasonal ingredients. Each dish is crafted with precision and a touch of refined elegance and always prepared from scratch, in-house. Our laid-back space invited diners to share moments and create memories over plates of food designed to hit the spot, and celebrate the extraordinary found in the ordinary, one plate at a time.
Here you can start your day with a delicious breakfast (buffet and à la carte options available). Glasshouse also offers lunch and afternoon tea (booked 24 hours in advance), and opens the restaurant for dinner at 17:00.The bar stays open all day for food and drinks and closes at 11pm on weekdays and 1 am on Fridays & Saturdays. We are located close to Victoria Station and AO Arena Manchester in the heart of the Northern Quarter.
