Chef Clare Smyth’s first restaurant, Core by Clare Smyth, opened its doors August 2017.Located in London’s Notting Hill at 92 Kensington Park Road, Core by Clare Smyth is a modern fine dining restaurant with a strong British ethos, in an elegant, relaxed interior.
The Watermans Richmond is an all day Restaurant and Bar in the centre of town, conveniently located on an ancient cobbled street that leads down to the waterfront.Our food is the best of British ingredients, served with a nod to southern Europe, with favourite dishes ranging from scallop ravioli to fregola, veal chops and day boat fish. We also have vegetarian and vegan options as well as delicious puddings including tiramisu, poached pears and profiteroles.We have been the site of a Public house for centuries and still offer a selection of draught beers however we have an extensive wine list focusing mostly on classic wines from Europe.The Restaurant is divided into several areas: luxurious deep leather banquette seating, bar counters perfect for lunches and more casual dining and cosy fireside dining in our upstairs room. We also have two outside areas, a perfect spot for a drink or bite whilst watching the world go by.
Le Margaux est un restaurant et bar à vin européen moderne. Le menu d'inspiration franco-italienne comprend des entrées comme le foie gras poêlé, la terrine de porc maison, le risotto aux cèpes et les pétoncles poêlés, de même que des plats principaux comme la côte de veau grillée et le bœuf braisé Barolo. Une carte des vins de plus de 100 vins de gamme Bin couvre un large éventail de producteurs et de cépages, en mettant l'accent sur les vins européens. Le Dysart Petersham a récemment subi une rénovation intérieure complète, ramenant à la vie le maximum d’éléments artisanaux originaux du bâtiment pour apporter une atmosphère élégante et confortable. Les menus varient quotidiennement, des plats cuisinés sur commande par le chef et son équipe, mettant l’accent sur la fraîcheur, les produits de saison, l’équilibre des saveurs, l’approvisionnement éthique et les valeurs du pays. Le restaurant dispose de potagers et d’une ensileuse qui fournissent au chef les produits locaux cultivés à Petersham.
