The Fox est un resto-pub gastronomique primé situé dans le pittoresque Willian près de Letchworth, au nord Hertfordshire. On y trouve un grand bar servant une large sélection de bières, surtout locales, y compris leurs propres bières Brancaster Brewery et une partie de la liste qui change régulièrement. Le lieu possède une salle à manger élégante, mais détendue dans cet espace moderne qui sert une abondance de produits saisonniers et locaux sur le menu, une carte des vins accessible ainsi qu'un menu varié. Lorsque la température le permet, il y a une terrasse et un grand jardin pour mieux en profiter. Avec tous ces avantages, il est un pub de village idéal. On propose même des soirées thématiques histoire de s'amuser un peu. The Fox a été reconnu et a remporté de nombreux prix. Il a récemment été nommé dans les 50 meilleurs restaurants gastronomiques au Royaume-Uni et a obtenu le titre prestigieux de "Dining Pub Hertfordshire de l'année 2011", par le Good Pub Guide.
