Tantalizing appetizer options feature the satay marinated chicken breast skewers and the hong shao yu, Cantonese-style braised veal ribs. NU Eat Kitchen's house specialties include the black tiger prawns with ginger-garlic sauce, the huamei ya grilled duck in a spicy plum sauce and the grilled sashimi tuna steak thu nuong with wasabi mashed potatoes.
