Ouvert depuis 2011, le restaurant primé Skilett Diner se trouve dans le quartier de Capitol Hill, à Seatlle. L'établissement met un point d'honneur à rendre sa salle relaxante, ainsi qu'à fournir un service attentif sans difficulté et des plats au prix abordable. Les ingrédients utilisés sont frais et proviennent des environs. Le style de plats est similaire à ce que le restaurant produisait auparavant. Cependant, il dispose de beaucoup plus de place. Vous dégusterez de la poitrine de porc braisée au bois d'érable ou une gaufre avec un œuf au plat.
