Honky Tonk is family-run and located in the Pilsen neighborhood just a couple miles southwest of the Loop in downtown Chicago.We serve our meats in the traditional Memphis-style--dry rub, roasted with wood and charcoal and the sauce always on the side. Our dry rub is the perfect combination of salty and sweet, pepper and spice. Three house-made sauces are served for your enjoyment: Chicago Sweet, Memphis Tangy, and Carolina Mustard-Butter-Garlic.Prime Brisket and Premium Pork are roasted for 14 hours over a wood burning fire pit. Slow and low makes for perfect tenderness and a tasty smoky combination.
