Chef driven menu curated by executive chef David Chapman with a Peruvian fusion inspired menu using all local fish and meat from local vendors. David hails from Chicago where he ran the kitchen of three different Michelin rated restaurants. The Peruvian influence extends to our craft and classic cocktail menu, at our extensive full bar featuring daily happy hour specials and our amazing Sunday brunch featuring an eclectic buffet and a bottomless drinks selection.
