We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm. Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm. Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin. Visit Husk Farm Distillery to learn & discover our spirits, enjoy good drinks and food and relax and connect to this ancient land. The Husk Distillery Bar & Planter’s Kitchen is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am with a full cocktail and lunch menu available until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends (subject to change), and an all day menu available until the kitchen closes. We are open Mondays & Tuesdays from 11am. Join us and enjoy small plates and grazing boards off our all day menu and have a full choice of tasting flights and cocktails.
Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery is the Gold Coast's first and only craft Gin, Vodka, Whiskey & Liqueur distillery just two minutes from the North Burleigh beach and in the hub of Burleigh and Miami's thriving craft producer hub. Each of our small-batch artisan spirits is handcrafted in memory of our Granddad Jack and enjoyed across our Queensland distilleries. Enjoy an intimate afternoon or evening sitting at our Gold Coast Distillery & Tasting Room with friends & family while enjoying award-winning spirits & liqueurs or sipping on delicious single-keg beers made by our family craft distillery. We have humbly won over 100 international and national prestigious awards for our spirits since first opening in August 2018. We invite you to join us on a distillery tour or visit the tasting room to try them for yourself.Production is on full show to visitors from the tasting room, and tours are available over the weekend.
