Schneider Company and The Galt House Hotel, will welcome diners next spring. Perched 25 stories above River Road, the space has long been a destination for Louisville residents’ most special moments. The new restaurant concept replaces RIVUE, which closed earlier this month, and will be open for dinner and drinks nightly.
