Quenas Restaurant opened in January 21st, 2011.its was very exiting and just to be able to opened a business with a family member made it great and special, at the beginning was hard but we made it through the years. our mission is for people to experience a new atmosphere and to introduce a new cuisine to our town, the values we have is very strong as a family business, made us proud of our selfs, made us more confident and happier.Our specialities are Ceviches, Lomo Saltado, Trucha frita, Paella, Aji de Gallina, Tallarin Verde de carne, Chaufa de Camarones etc. as a Peruvian cuisine Our staff is well train and we like to give opportunities to new members that doesn't have the experience, we like to work as team but more importantly as a family. We had bunch of stories thought the years, we made very good friends and accomplishments such as being able to be on the New York Time, Westchester Magazine, Restaurant hunters etc.
Chef Chang seeks to undertake the monumental task of trying to change Americans' perception of Chinese food, and to bring exacting, high quality authentic Chinese food alongside excellent customer service to everyone across the United States.To accomplish this, he knows he has to be creative and reinvent many classic dishes to tailor to the palates of the crowd, while adding his own imprint to create a modern, innovative take on many traditional dishes to attract those familiar with authentic Chinese food.He hopes his passion can inspire other chefs and restauranteurs, until everyone in the United States can experience the flavors and nuances of his native country's cooking.
