Hakkasan Mayfair is set over two floors. The lower ground floor invites the guest to the traditional Hakkasan setting, surrounded by intricate wooden screens allowing intimate dining, whilst, the ground floor brings a combination of relaxed atmosphere and a vibrant bar encouraging guests to indulge in an inspired environment.

Yauatcha City opened in May 2015 in Broadgate Circle, just outside Liverpool Street Station. This is Yauatcha’s second UK location following the success of its award winning restaurant in Soho. Yauatcha City is an all-day dim sum teahouse, where friends and family gather to catch up over a wide selection of dim sum, wok dishes, tea and cocktails. To complement the cuisine, the drinks menu comprises nearly 40 types of tea, as well as cocktails inspired by Chinese ingredients and a broad wine and Champagne list. Yauatcha’s first standalone patisserie, Yauatcha Patisserie, is located just below the restaurant, where Chinese heritage and modern European cooking techniques have inspired the pastry team to create a range of unique macarons, petits gateaux and chocolates.

Hakkasan Hanway Place est le restaurant Hakkasan original. Le décor de ce restaurant chinois étoilé Michelin a été imaginé par le célèbre Christian Liaigre; des paravents en bois détaillés sculptés en chêne foncé anglais accompagnent la cuisine contemporaine du chef Tong Chee Hwee pour une expérience culinaire unique. La carte a une forte identité chinoise, inspirée de la cuisine cantonaise.
En 2013, Hakkasan Hanway Place a débuté les « Dim Sum Sundays ». Pour 48 GBP ou 58 GBP par personne, vous pouvez savourer le dîner accompagné de la musique des DJ de Hakkasan, disponible tous les dimanches de 12h jusqu'à 18h30.
Le menu à 58 GBP inclut un cocktail de la carte primée de Hakkasan, et ensuite une demi-bouteille de champagne Louis Roederer Brut Premier par personne (ou un Magnum, à partager entre 4 personnes) et finalement un cocktail digestif pour accompagner le dessert.

He has worked as an executive chef in many five-star hotels for many years in China and won a gold medal in the first China Hotel Service System Cooking Competition in 2005 and also won the title of "Top Ten Executive Chef" in the Northeast Region of China.
