Constructed in 1911-12, Union Station brought the Canadian Pacific Railway and the Canadian Northern Railway (later the Canadian National Railway) together under one roof. A major hub of both western Canada's railway system and the booming city that was growing around it, the building was designated to exude both classical elegance and bold optimism for the future.Today, the new Union Station Restaurant + Bar pays homage to that legacy. With its modern take on vintage style, it's the perfect stop for a casual bite, a relaxing beverage, a night out with friends or an intimate evening with someone special.

We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. Rock Creek’s appealing West-coast-inspired urban menu and warm contemporary design was just what people were looking for. The concept was such a success he was soon approached by others who wanted to operate their own Rock Creek locations. It all started with a little neighbourhood eatery called Rock Creek. Opening in Regina in 2006, it was founder Stu Rathwell’s dream to create an upscale yet unpretentious restaurant with a casual lounge, a fun upscale menu and an inviting interior. Today Rock Creek is expanding across the west with locations scattered across Saskatchewan.PROUDLY CANADIAN
