Le restaurant Naschmarkt (NASH-Marked) est situé dans le centre-ville historique de Campbell. Il est nommé d'après le plus grand marché de plein air à Vienne en Autriche. Le Naschmarkt est une institution viennoise datant du XVIe siècle, connue par les habitants comme « l'estomac de la ville ». Fondé en 2011, le restaurant propose une cuisine autrichienne moderne enrichie par des ingrédients californiens locaux.
We believe wine is better with food & food is better with wine. A perfect pairing is an experience everyone should enjoy....often. Our unique approach to food and wine means we are "wine first". We first curate the wine list which includes 65+ wines by the glass and then we design a food menu that specifically complements the wine. The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Julian Silvera who spent his early culinary career in restaurants in his native NYC. He then took his talents to Florida's Knife and Spoon, where he helped garner a coveted Michelin star. Chef Julian is passionate about sourcing hyperlocal ingredients and has a strong focus on sustainability. Our service team includes ten sommeliers and is proud to offer guests more than 700 wines by the bottle. We are a casually elegant wine bistro open Tues-Sat 5PM to 10PM with live music nightly. The Champagne Bar is open daily noon-10PM. Children are welcome on the patio. The Wine Bistro and Champagne Bar seats adults only.
